Bonding strength:>51Mpa   HRC:40-45

Character: P005 is high wear and corrosion resistance thermal

 spray coating wire and it can be used for thermal spray corrosion resistance layer(it works well in the oxidability medium). 

However, you should better choose the right pore sealing agent 

because the spray layer is martensitic stainless steel type which 

has higher coefficient of linear expansion. 

It is not good to spray the layer too thick.
